The Beginning
In 1989, a few friends and I decided to explore DJing. We picked up turntables, a mixer, and some basic lighting, and formed Midnight Mobil Disco. Our first paid gig was a school dance — a small room, but the energy was unforgettable. From the very start, it was never just about the gear or the technique; it was about creating moments that made people move and feel connected through music.
The Present
Many years later, I still keep the t-shirt from those early days as a reminder of where it all began. Today I DJ solo, with audiences far removed from school halls but just as eager to connect through music. The equipment is more sophisticated, the mixes more refined, but the mission remains unchanged: curate great music, read the crowd, and create experiences that move people — both literally and emotionally.
